Meet Liza
Liza Richardson has been the Director of Operations with the Kathryn Scarborough Real Estate Group for over eight years. During that time, she has helped facilitate more than 250 transactions, working closely with buyers and sellers to ensure an exceptional client experience.
A native Austinite, Liza grew up in Tarrytown and attended Austin High before earning her B.S. in Economics from Davidson College and her Master’s degree from Trinity University. Before her real estate career, Liza spent 15 years in healthcare administration with St. David’s Hospital and the St. David’s HealthCare Partnership.
In 2005, Liza shifted her focus to raising her children - Jackson (attending Rice University), Isabella (attending the University of Virginia), and stepdaughters Emma and Jillian Richardson - while remaining deeply involved in the Austin community. She has served in multiple leadership roles, including President of the Westlake High School PTO, President of the Forest Trail PTO, Chair of the Eanes Education Foundation campaign, and President of the Board of Governors at Barton Creek Country Club.
Having long held a passion for real estate, Liza was thrilled to join the Kathryn Scarborough Group in 2018. A longtime friend and client of Kathryn’s, she brings a personal understanding of the group’s commitment to excellence. As Client Liaison, Liza’s role is to ensure that every transaction runs seamlessly from start to finish.
In her free time, Liza enjoys playing tennis at Barton Creek or walking Lady Bird Lake with her husband, Dan.
