Downtown: One of the most sought after residential areas in the region, Downtown Austin offers a lively environment with easy access to some of Austin's top employers including Google, Facebook, Indeed, and HomeAway. Comprised primarily of luxury apartments and condominiums, Downtown Austin offers a mixture of local & chain restaurants, live music venues both large & small, hip nightlife, and of course, the Texas State Capitol. The headquarters of Austin City Limits is located downtown and offers great live performances.
 
University of Texas: The University of Texas community is comprised predominantly of faculty, staff, and students of the university, and is conveniently located just north of Downtown Austin. Area residents enjoy a variety of entertainment, spirited shopping, and casual dining along ‘The Drag’ on Guadalupe Street. Lively on gamedays, this area is not short on spirit or fun times. Hancock: Home to an eclectic mix of young professionals, laid-back artists, and college students, Hancock is conveniently located just north of Downtown Austin. A walkable neighborhood offering most amenities within walking distance including an abundance of cafes, bars, and fine dining options. Conveniently located near I-35 and Downtown Austin’s major arteries, residents have easy access to the Greater Austin area.
 
Hyde Park: Hyde Park is a revered, historic neighborhood in Central Austin known for its charming homes and friendly residential atmosphere. Located just minutes from the University of Texas, the community is known for its exemplary schools both private and public attracting students and families alike. Hyde Park boasts a strong sense of community, dog-friendly environment, and convenient location.
 
Rosedale: Rosedale began as a farm and dairy land area in the 1960s.  The majority of homes were built in the 30s and 40s.  It is a charming neighborhood with parks, a pool, tennis courts and close proximity to downtown and UT.  Upper Crust Bakery is a popular meeting spot for locals and all times of the day.
 
Crestview: Crestview is great little area along the thriving and hip Burnet Road area.  There are a collection of great local boutique shops like Spring Frost and Top Drawer Thrift. There are also some popular eateries like The Peached Tortilla, Barley Swine, and Baod Up.
 
Allendale/Brentwood: This area is a traditional, friendly neighborhood featuring quiet streets lined with Live Oaks and updated homes from the mid-century.  Burnet Road is in close proximity with its shops and restaurants, and the area is next to Mopac (Loop 1). A few well know local eateries include Fonda San Miguel, Brentwood Social House, and Phils Ice House. Many locals gather at Sheffield Park with its pool, duck pond and sport courts.
